Lung Cancer Drug Opdivo Improves Survival in Trial

Drug-maker Bristol-Myers Squibb says it has stopped a trial of nivolumab (Opdivo) early because the drug improved how long people with a type of advanced lung cancer lived compared to chemotherapy.
