Can Sex Really Help Shed Pounds?

In the name of science, one staffer puts it to the test. (Photo: Ture Lillegraven) Despite the fact that sex is an activity generally done lying down, a new study out of the University of Quebec in Montreal found that it’s actually a respectable calorie burner. Jessica Matthews, exercise physiologist for the American Council on Exercise, confirmed it’s possible.
